▶ How do I print a FedEx 8.5 × 11 label on a 4 × 6 thermal printer?

Upload the FedEx PDF, choose 4 × 6 as the output, and pick "Crop top-half". FedEx Ship Manager prints the actual label in the top half of a Letter page; this preset extracts it for thermal printers.

▶ Does this work with FedEx Ship Manager and FedEx Web Services?

Yes — any FedEx PDF works: Ship Manager, fedex.com, FedEx Web Services / SOAP, plus eBay / Etsy / Shopify FedEx and third-party tools (ShipStation, Easyship, Sendle).
