DHL labels usually print on A4 with the label in the upper portion of the page. For 4 × 6 thermal printers, pick 4 × 6 in and try "Crop top half" first; switch to "Crop top-left 4 × 6" if your provider prints in the corner. DHL Express MAWB PDFs that include manifest pages can be batch-resized in one go.

DHL label resizing — FAQ

▶ How do I convert a DHL A4 label to 4 × 6 thermal?

Upload the A4 PDF, pick 4 × 6 in and the "Crop top-half" fit mode. Most DHL platforms (MyDHL+, eCommerce, Express) print the label in the top half of the A4 page; this preset extracts it for thermal printers.

▶ Does it work with MyDHL+ and DHL Express?

Yes. MyDHL+, DHL Express, DHL eCommerce Solutions, DHL Parcel UK / NL, plus marketplace DHL exports (eBay, Etsy, Shopify) are all supported.

▶ What if the DHL label is already A6?

Pick "A6" as the output and use the "Fit" mode — you keep the native size, and the tool just embeds the label cleanly in a single-page A6 PDF. Or pick 4 × 6 to scale it up for thermal printers.

▶ Are DHL barcodes preserved?

Yes. Code 128 1D and Data Matrix 2D barcodes are re-rendered from the vector source, so they scan correctly at the new size.

▶ Does anything get uploaded?

No. The label is processed locally with pdf-lib and pdf.js — nothing leaves your device.
